Summary

Support Property Management department by implementing, maintaining, analyzing, and recommending processes to support all goals and objectives in accordance with the strategic plan. This includes operation, legal, and real estate teams by reviewing the lease contract to identify the due date and renewal terms, and be the link with operations and the landlord to help with any situation according to the maintenance of the site. Support Property‑Tax payments with access to PeopleSoft tool, constant communication with landlord and municipalities to ensure these payments are on time and in proper form. Have a report with all information from all AZ sites and constantly update it. Manage confidentially the company information and stores.

Position Responsibilities

- Be the link between Maintenance and AZ, and implement a process to review, follow, and conclude any situation that is the responsibility of the owner.




- Responsible and support payment of Property‑Tax for open stores; constant communication with the landlord and municipality to negotiate possible fines or surcharges, process payments in PeopleSoft and coordinate with finance department.
- Support revisions of contract terms to identify due dates and maintenance terms, report to Property Management Manager the status, and help update and review contract performance.
- Keep Intuit database updated. Submit purchase orders for all the OFI vendors in each project, coordinate, and ensure delivery dates and final costs.

Position Requirements

- Level of Formal Education: A bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study: Legal sciences / Architecture / Administration.
- Years of Experience: One to two years.
- Type of Experience: Knowledge in real estate, legal terms in lease and purchase contracts, interpret architectural plans, interpret scriptures.
