We are looking for a Media Manager to join our Marketing team and take ownership of media planning and execution across Mexico and Central America.
The role will have a strong focus on upper- and mid-funnel media, developing solutions that build brand awareness, consideration, and ultimately contribute to business growth. You will work across both online and offline media channels, identifying the right media mix to effectively reach our audiences across the region.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage the full media process — from translating marketing objectives into media strategies and plans to campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end media planning and buying for Mexico and Central America, in line with regional business and marketing priorities.

Develop upper- and mid-funnel media strategies aimed at driving reach, awareness, consideration and business impact.

Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into effective cross-channel media plans.

Define the optimal media mix across online and offline channels, based on campaign objectives, audience, market specifics and available budget.

Independently manage media projects from initial planning through campaign launch, optimization and post-campaign analysis.

Coordinate campaign execution with media agencies, platforms, vendors and internal marketing teams across the region.

Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.

Evaluate both media and business results, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Prepare clear campaign reports and presentations, explaining not only what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
