The EHS Coordinator reports to Plant Manager at the Guadalupe, N.L. facility and is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems for the site, collaborating with the Regional EHS Manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable operations during the greenfield start-up, line commissioning, and full manufacturing ramp-up,



supporting both construction and operational phases while promoting a strong culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.

Primary Responsibilities
EHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & STRATEGY – 20%
- Develop, implement, and maintain the site’s Integrated EHS Management System aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Define EHS policies, KPIs, and governance mechanisms to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits, management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure integration of EHS elements into all site processes, including change management (MOC) and validation activities.

GREENFIELD & COMMISSIONING SUPPORT – 20%
- Lead EHS readiness and compliance activities for construction, utilities start-up, line commissioning, and equipment validation.
