About the Role
Carrier is seeking a Sr. Digital Business Analyst to join the Digital Sales & Service (DSS) Enterprise Digital Products & Solutions (EDPS) team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams,



helping deliver digital solutions that enhance customer experience, sales enablement, digital commerce, and marketing capabilities across the enterprise.
You will play a critical role in gathering requirements, facilitating Agile processes, supporting project delivery, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with global teams, particularly stakeholders across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Digital Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to deliver digital initiatives aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Supporting digital PODs that deliver enterprise solutions related to Salesforce, Digital Commerce, Marketing Technology, PIM, and Subscription Management platforms.
