Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Review billing data for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure accurate pricing and billing information.
Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and monthly reporting.
Maintain billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to billing process optimization.




**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
