Evaluate acquisition and funding structures, including all-cash transactions, joint ventures, strategic or financial partners, back-to-back transactions, equity contributions, debt financing and staged divestitures.Strategic Initiative Execution: Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of new market entries, partnerships, or business initiatives.
Driving execution and accountability across strategic initiatives.Project management & Strategic Thinking: Planning, implementing, and monitoring initiatives to achieve business goalsMarket Research & Analysis.
Analyze market conditions, competitive dynamics, and industry performance to identify opportunities which would improve CEMEX's positioning as a leader in the building materials industryExecutive Decision Support.
