Tickets needs to be handled following the agreed KION SAP CC Processes and KION IT Service definitionsTo ensure Hotfixing you are supported by Development Resources located in the US and Mexico.DevOpsDEVIdeally you would be able to take over development activities if these resources might not be available.Development is following overall Platform guidelines.
