First article inspection per AS****.Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.Demonstrated skills in problem solving methods (8D/5W/Ishikawa/Is-Is not/6 sigma/etc.)Proficient with APQP elements (PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA etc.)Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing concepts.Strong working knowledge of aircraft structures and failure modes.Familiar with repair practices used in the aerospace industry.Skills: Leadership, effective communication skills, self-motivated, problems solving, teamwork, sense of urgency, results oriented, continuous improvement, capable of working independently.Requirement: Schedule flexibility, traveling availability, visa and valid passport.
