We are looking for a LINE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - SENIOR talent, to join our specialized CUMMINS JUAREZ team for our HUMAN RESOURCES department for CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR processes and Relation Labors.
- Strong experience knowing, managing and mentoring HR processes.
- Experience giving staff first level support.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- IAFT experience is a plus.
