At Schenker International S.A. de C.V. we are looking for an Ocean Billing Executive to be part of our Ocean team, for our office in Querétaro, Mexico.
**What will be your challenges?
**
- Prepare billing proformas based on existing rate cards in order to identify any lack of them or the non-applicability of existing ones, whether due to validity or concepts established in these rate cards.
- Review shipments created in the system, validate the existence of sales rates and net rates and create reservations in the system, confirm Charge codes and Partner IDs corresponding to clients and suppliers.
- If errors are detected in the registered reservations, notify the corresponding team so that they can make the corrections, as well as delete the reservations when applicable.
**What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)**




- Intermediate level High school or equivalent; technical baccalaureate in Administration, accounting or similar.
- Preferably completed or incomplete degree Basic English (Oral, written and reading)
- Basic (Word, Power Point, Excel)
