**What You Will Do**:
Main Task:
- Calculation and analyze termination payments,
- Provide support to HR Specialist and Social Security Specialist:
- Keep track of all payroll payments ( mínimal control of payroll, social security quotes, tax, severance, others related to payroll process)
- Fill reports all related to payroll process)
- Control of disabilities documentation
- Support in internal and external audits
- Support in Accounting Policy.
**Who You Are**:
Required:




- Minimum 2 years of experience as a generalist of Payroll and Social Security; with experience in calculation of severance payment; Social Security, Local Taxes, audit issues; and Accountant.
- English - Basic
- Proactive
- Knowledge SAP
