We aspire to shape future mobility dreams and turn them into reality."Joining the Marelli GT team means becoming a part of something bigger, a place where you can explore your potential, pioneer innovation.As a global yet fast-evolving company, we are always looking to grow and evolve our talents.About the PositionWe are looking for a GT Toluca MFE Welding to join the Engineering + GT team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.This position is based at our office in Toluca.As the GT Toluca MFE Welding at Marelli, you will be responsible To develop, improve, and maintain welding processes and equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity within manufacturing operations.Your Responsibilities will beDesign, implement, and optimize welding processes and proceduresTroubleshoot welding operations and recommend corrective actionsSupport new product introductions from a welding perspectiveEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, production, quality)Provide technical training and guidance to shop floor personnelMonitor and analyze welding performance metricsDevelop and maintain documentation for welding operationsWhat Qualifications you will bringBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering (or equivalent)Hands-on experience in welding processes (MIG, TIG, Spot,
