Position PurposeDevelop and grow EZVIZ business across the Bajío region by managing distributors, key accounts and new business opportunities while achieving Sell-In, Sell-Out and profitability objectives.Key Responsibilities- Manage the assigned territory through regular customer visits.
- Develop distributors and direct customers.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Drive Sell-In, Sell-Out and inventory rotation.
- Prepare forecasts, pipelines and visit reports.
- Support trainings, promotions and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with Marketing and HQ.
- Travel frequently across the territory.Required Experience- 3+ years in CCTV, Smart Home, Consumer Electronics, Networking or Security.
- Channel and distributor management.
- B2B sales experience.




- Strong negotiation skills.Preferred Profile- Currently living in the Norte region.
- Existing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of local market and travel routes.
