DTR Mexico San Luis Potosi, automotive Corean company located in Eje 140 is looking for talent to join us and collaborate overseeing the press and robotic welding operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Neumatic press stamping process knowledge and experience
- PLC management / troubleshooting
- Automatic robotic welding process knowledge
- Knowledge on the material and its properties
- Determine and adjust needed standards to comply with quality and efficiency controls
- Manage production rate to comply with customer demand
- Identify cost-saving areas of opportunity
- Creation of standard procedures and operation manuals
- Interpretation of GD&Ts; and graphic renders
- Present and maintain KPIs to management
- Manage administrative / operative personnel
**Requirements**:
- Engineering degree (akin)
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry (or similar)
- Knowledge in Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP y AMEF)
- Flow diagrams
- Interpretation and execution of customer requirements
- Manufacturing processes
- Data / drawing / charter interpretation
- CAD management




- Parts measurement methodology
- Neumatic / hidraulic press operation standards
- English proficiency 75%
- Solid experience using Office suit
- Solid experience managing quality standards
