As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Coordinator of Engineering to streamline our processes.The Role ?We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead, coordinate, and execute infrastructure projects, including the installation and commissioning of new industrial equipment and support systems (utilities).
Each project is delivered on time, within budget, with the required quality, and in compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.They will manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning through closeout, ensuring proper integration of equipment into Birdman's operations.ResponsibilitiesEnsure effective execution of industrial projectsGuarantee safe installations in compliance with applicable regulationsExecute proper commissioning of new equipmentOptimize resources and reduce departmental costsEnsure technical documentation and information controlActively collaborate with all departmentsEnsure technical quality in procurement of equipment and servicesDevelop standardization and continuous improvement in projectsPrepare work plans, schedules, budgets, and project scopesExecute and supervise installation projectsEnsure compliance with established timelines, costs, and quality standardsCoordinate contractors, suppliers,



and internal staff for proper executionReview mechanical, electrical, and process drawings (P&IDs;, layouts, flow diagrams)Generate or update technical documentation: calculation reports, layouts, diagrams, manuals, installation and validation protocolsDevelop technical specifications for procurement of equipment and servicesSupport technical evaluation of suppliersEnsure compliance with internal standards, industrial regulations, and electrical, mechanical, and environmental safety requirementsEnsure installation of critical equipment (dust collectors, fillers, encapsulators) complies with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) applicable to the dietary supplements industryCoordinate risk assessments, work permits, and safety analyses (Job Safety Analysis - JSA)Supervise installation, alignment, calibration, and functional testingCoordinate initial commissioning and functional validationDevelop checklists, FAT/SAT protocols, and final acceptance reportsTrain operators and maintenance technicians on basic operation and care of new equipmentMonitor weekly project progress and report KPIs to the Maintenance and Projects ManagerManage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and cost controlResolve deviations, risks, and scope changesEnsure formal closure of each project and handover to Operations teamRequirementsEducation:
