This role has full accountability for project delivery, including scope, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder management.
The Senior PM & Automation Squad Leader acts as a key decision-maker, provides leadership to Project Managers and Project Leaders, and ensures alignment with organizational objecttives and OKRs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of complex internal IT projectsDefine project strategy, scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmapOwn project governance, budget control, timelines, and quality standardsProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependenciesManage senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and value deliveryEnsure adherence to PMP, Agile Scrum, ITIL, and OKRs methodologiesIdentify high-impact automation opportunities to maximize ROI, productivity, transforming in Lean Business Processes and quality improvements.Drive adoption of advanced automation capabilities, including RPA, workflow platforms, low-code solutions,



and AI-enabled automation.Position automation as a core enabler of operational excellence and digital transformationLead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary automation squad.Ensure the availability of the right skills to support current and future automation demands.Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Drive standardization, reusability, and scalability of automation assets.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related fieldExperience+ 6 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT environmentsStrong track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projectsExperience in leading and developing project management teamsSolid background in financial management and budget ownershipTechnical & Methodological ExpertiseAdvanced knowledge of PMP and Agile Scrum methodologiesWorking knowledge of OKRs and ITIL processesStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, application development/support, and workplace servicesExperience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar platformsLanguages: Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory)Why Join T-Systems Mexico?
