Position Objective
This position is responsible for developing innovative products and engineering projects while ensuring quality, performance, cost competitiveness, and on-time execution.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Design and develop new products and engineering solutions.
Create 2D and 3D CAD models, prototypes, and engineering drawings.
Conduct product testing, data analysis, and design validation.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and product usability.
Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and product specifications.
Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
Develop project cost estimates and support budget planning.




Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in product design, manufacturing engineering, or project engineering
Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Knowledge of product development processes (preferred)
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Familiarity with Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECN)
Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly)
Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Understanding of mechanical design principles
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar)
Experience with product testing, validation, and technical documentation.
