Main Responsibilities
Monitor and track shipments, container movements, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time transportation and accurate status updates.
Coordinate with carriers, logistics providers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal departments to support inbound and outbound shipments.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, container locations, arrivals, departures, delays, and transportation activities.
Verify shipping documentation and ensure all logistics information is complete, accurate, and properly communicated.
Identify, report, and follow up on transportation issues, delays, and route changes while supporting shipment priorities and operational requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration,



or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, import/export, or supply chain operations.
Experience tracking containers, shipments, or transportation units.
Knowledge of logistics processes, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
Advanced English proficiency.
