Shell-scripting Support
Location: trabajo híbrido, 3 días en oficina (Toluca o CDMX) y 2 días HO

Process: 3 technical interviews
We are looking someone with experience providing support (L1 or L2) for Tier0 Application using technology like Linux, Unix, Scripting, Databases (Oracle and SQL), Kubernetes and Control-M.
In addition, please considering for the position.
- The shift start at 9:30am to 6:30pm from Monday to Friday
- Work 1 weekend per month
- The day are pay by Comp-off
- Good English, written and conversation
- 3 days at the office and 2 days Home Office
- There are 2 locations that we can handle for the team Toluca (Exportec) or Mexico City (Tecnoparque)
- The way that we conduct the interview is one call with 2 team members in Mexico, and if they pass the assessment a second round with Poland Team

Activities:
- Level 1 support activities
- 2 days remote, 3 days at HSBC Toluca Exportec
- 9:30 to 6:30
- 1 Saturday or Sunday support per month to be compensated with one day of the week

- Kubernetes low-Medium
