Tax Analyst at Kimberly-Clark.
The role focuses on tax compliance, reporting, and coordination of fiscal obligations for the organization, with emphasis on Mexican tax requirements across federal, state, and municipal levels.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file monthly and annual federal, state, and municipal tax returns.Coordinate the collection and submission of information for annual declarations and obligations before the Secretaría de Economía.Manage requirements and audits by SAT, SHCP, Agencia Fiscal Estatal, IMSS, and INFONAVIT.Prepare and present informational declarations of ISR withheld, IVA withheld, donations, salaries and wages.Administer obligations related to IMSS, INFONAVIT and FONACOT.
Realize calculations and reconciliations of employer and employee contributions.
Manage processes in the SUA system and monitor INFONAVIT and FONACOT credits.Prepare monthly VAT reconciliations.
Execute tax processes in SAP and validate correct tax determinations.
Monitor compensations, refunds, and tax balances.
Prepare monthly tax provisions.Coordinate audits (financial, fiscal, IMSS, INFONAVIT).
Respond to external auditor requests.
Maintain tax and legal documentation in compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.Prepare corporate and statistical reports required by INEGI, Banco de México, and Secretaría de Economía.
Coordinate information with Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing,
and Operations.Support monthly financial closings.
Assist with accounting reconciliations and entries related to taxes.QualificationsMandatory: Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública (indispensable).
Specialization or diploma in Taxes (deseable).
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate tax within manufacturing or maquiladora environments.Experience in Mexican tax compliance and in tax and financial audits.Technical knowledge in Federal taxes (ISR, IVA, withholdings) and State taxes; in annual and informational declarations; IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT; and tax and accounting reconciliations.Experience with SAP (preferred); advanced Excel; basic functional English for reading and email correspondence.Commitment to purpose-driven, values-based work.BenefitsCompetitive total rewards package including health coverage, company-paid medical insurance, retention bonuses, meal vouchers, and performance bonuses.
