Key Qualifications
✔ Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within multinational companies.
✔ Strong expertise in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and performance management.
✔ Experience leading regional or cross-functional HR projects.
✔ Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
✔ Experience supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
✔ Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I;) programs and strategies.
✔ Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging HR metrics and data-driven insights.
✔ Advanced English proficiency.
