and outreach campaignsConduct phone screenings and virtual interviews with candidatesReview resumes, credentials, licenses, and work historyMaintain accurate candidate records within the ATSCoordinate interviews between candidates and clientsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processBuild pipelines of healthcare professionals for future openingsSend emails, texts, and outreach campaigns to prospective candidatesCollaborate with recruiters, sourcers, and leadership team membersMeet recruiting activity and placement goalsAssist with reference checks and onboarding coordinationPreferred BackgroundPrevious recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center experience preferredExperience recruiting healthcare professionals is a plusExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or CRM platforms preferredStrong English communication skills, both verbal and writtenComfortable making outbound calls and candidate outreachStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentHigh-speed internet and quiet work environment requiredPreferred QualificationsBilingual English/Spanish preferredExperience working with U.S.-based companies preferredExperience with remote recruiting or virtual support roles preferredFamiliarity with healthcare terminology is a plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
