Commercial Finance & Profitability SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical Commercial Finance & Profitability Specialist to support financial control across commercial operations.
This role plays a key part in ensuring pricing, incentives, and product costs are accurate, well-controlled, and aligned with business profitability objectives.You will work closely with Finance and Commercial teams to validate financial data, analyze margins, and provide insights that directly impact decision-making and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and validate commercial incentives across vehicles, models, channels, dealers, and campaignsEnsure incentives are properly supported, approved, and compliant with company policiesRelease and validate pricing in the system, ensuring accuracy and proper authorizationValidate product costs and identify key variances affecting profitabilitySupport month-end close by reviewing sales, pricing, incentives, costs, and marginsPrepare reconciliations, reports, and variance analysis explanationsAnalyze profitability by model, channel, dealer, campaign,



and business segmentSupport internal and external audits with clear documentation and controlsIdentify process gaps and drive improvements in financial controlMonitor inventory health (obsolete, slow-moving) and support revaluationsProvide support during physical inventory counts and reconciliationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting3–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Pricing, Costing, Audit, FP&A;, or Commercial AnalysisStrong understanding of profitability, margins, pricing, incentives, and cost structuresAdvanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI are a plusExperience in automotive, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume operations preferredFluent in Spanish and EnglishKey CompetenciesStrong analytical thinkingHigh attention to detailSolid financial judgment and business acumenOwnership mindsetClear communication with cross-functional teamsProactive and continuous improvement mindset
