Ejecutivo de Cuentas por Cobrar (Accounts Receivable Specialist) – Hybrid | Cancún, Mexico

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global travel technology business to recruit an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their finance team in Cancún.

This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative, international environment while supporting the company's accounts receivable and collections activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and perform collection activities.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries.
- Monitor ageing reports and proactively reduce overdue balances.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.





Requirements

- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable , Collections , or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of invoicing, payment allocation, reconciliations, and collections processes.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- English communication skills are highly desirable.
