We are seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Leader to oversee health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives within an industrial operation.

- Lead and execute the site's EHS strategy with a strong focus on accident prevention and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate emergency response programs, brigades, and contractor safety management.
- Monitor EHS KPIs, incident investigations, and compliance metrics.
- Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives, including emissions and waste management programs.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through training, engagement, and safety improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial,



Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in EHS/Safety leadership roles within an industrial environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations, risk management, and safety systems.
- Proven leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
- Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management systems.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards, emergency response planning, and incident investigation methodologies.
- Experience developing and implementing EHS systems, processes, and compliance programs.
