The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.General Responsibilities- Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments- Arranges priorities based on production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials- Creates schedules and staffing requirements based on determined priorities- Reviews manufacturing and quality control standards- Develops and implements activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectivesExperience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members- Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands- Strong communication skills; oral,
