Full-time Conversational English (B2+) Required As a Payroll Analyst , you'll do much more than process payroll—you'll help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, support complex payroll operations, collaborate with key stakeholders, and contribute to operational excellence across our organization.

Process payroll accurately while ensuring compliance with payroll calendars, policies, and processing deadlines.
• Manage payroll transactions, including new hires, employee changes, terminations, off-cycle payments, and payroll adjustments.
• Maintain payroll data, validate time records, and process information using payroll and HR systems.
• Perform payroll audits, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and payroll requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Treasury, and employees to resolve payroll inquiries and support business operations.
• Contribute to payroll process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving payroll challenges, and driving process excellence through collaboration and innovation.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience processing payroll in a corporate environment.
• Experience working with payroll systems such as Dayforce, SAP, UKG, ADP, or similar HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll data validation, and compliance requirements.
• Conversational English (B2+) required.
