SUMMARY The Warehouse and Trade Supervisor is responsible for managing third-party warehouse operations in Mexico and Costa Rica while overseeing import and export activities for shipments with origin or destination in Mexico.
This role ensures inventory accuracy, trade compliance, operational efficiency, and effective coordination with warehouse providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
The position is based in Mexico and requires regular travel to operational sites in Mexico and Costa Rica.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee 3PL warehouse operations, inventory control, and warehouse performance.
Coordinate import/export activities and ensure timely customs clearance.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders,



customs brokers, carriers, and warehouse providers.
Monitor logistics costs, KPIs, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
Support customers and internal teams by resolving logistics and operational issues.
Maintain accurate SAP transactions, documentation, and operational reports.
Travel to warehouse and depot locations to support operations and continuous improvement initiatives QUALIFICATIONS
