This role goes beyond traditional cost accounting.You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Accounting and Finance to build, analyze and improve manufacturing cost performance across our Screen Print (SCPT) and Print-on-Demand (POD) operations.You will play a key role in driving financial visibility, supporting strategic decisions and improving manufacturing efficiency through cost analysis and operational engagement.Manufacturing Cost Strategy- Develop and maintain standard costs for finished goods and work-in-process.
- Analyze manufacturing variances and identify cost improvement opportunities.
- Support annual standard cost roll activities.
- Drive manufacturing cost optimization initiatives.Operational Partnership- Partner directly with Production, Engineering and Plant Leadership.
- Participate in daily production meetings.
- Conduct GEMBA walks to understand manufacturing processes and identify cost drivers.
- Support BOM development, routings and time studies.
- Translate operational activities into financial insights.Financial Analysis- Monthly CPU analysis.
- Break-even analysis.

- Inventory reservesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in accounting- 2 Years of Cost Accounting experience- Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and manufacturing overhead allocation.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- ERP knowledge (Odoo & D365 is a plus)- Understanding of financial statements and manufacturing accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel- English fluent (written and verbal)
