- Define programs to drive engagement, awareness and education to the sales organization; enabling the product line to meet/exceed budget objectives.
- Develop sales training and other sales enablement materials.
**Responsibilities**:- Communicate and enforce rules/policies to Sales, Operations and Vendor groups; periodically review and revise policies as needed- Write PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and define end-to-end fulfillment processes from sales to fulfillment to billing/invoicing.
- Serve as project manager for product launches: determine key deliverables,
key dependencies tasks and timeframes.Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure product launches hit critical milestones on time and within scope.Desired Traits:- Team Player- Excellent communicator.
