**Key Responsibilities**:Technical Capability: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.Incident Management: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues by working closely with support teams to address and resolve incidents and problems.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation plans, and user guides.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with federated teams, and end-users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve the solutions.
**Qualifications and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow developer, with a focus on IT Business Management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core platform capability principles and best practices.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and features.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques and third-party integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
**Good to Have**:- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams for ServiceNow development projects.
- Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other related technologies for ServiceNow development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
