**Main Tasks and Scope of Work**:- **Creating Technical Concepts and Documentation**:- Develop technical concepts and support procedures.
- Document operational processes.
- **Project-Related Activities**:- Lead or participate in project workstreams.
- Contribute to analysis, conceptual design, and project delivery.
- Drive impactful contributions to the long-term transformation of SAP HCM Regional Systems.
- **Service Management Activities**:- Handle incidents and change requests for NAR systems.
- Focus on Time Management, Payroll, ABAP, and SF EC Replication.
- Document technical configurations.
- Align business demands with IT strategy and provide consultative support.
- Troubleshoot HR technical issues collaboratively.
- **Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement**:- Work closely with regional team members.
- Collaborate with BA HR general team members (SAP HCM Solution Architect, SF SCPI Consultant, SAP HCM ABAP Developer).




- Support internal business partners (HR PSSA) in developing and documenting business requirements.
**Your Qualifications**:- Academic degree in computer science, business management, or a related field with an IT focus.
- Several years of practical work experience in the HR technology field of SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT, PY)- SAP HCM ABAP programming skills and good knowledge of Time Management and Payroll in SAP HCM, preferably SF EC Integration knowledge as well.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
