**What you'll do**:**Primary Responsibilities**1.
Ensure being in compliance with reporting management including among others:2.
Annual IMMEX report3.
Annex 30 Monthly presentation4.
Monthly Presentation of INEGI reports5.
Administrate USMCA and FTA programs6.
Sub-manufacturer reports7.
Customs broker billing reports.8.
Balance Score card9.
VAT and OEA / CTPAT certification Self-Assesment/ maintenance10.
Supplier audits11.
IMMEX compliance Self-Assessment: Profile update and certification12.
MLA Annual Report and ITAR compliance management13.
Value Reconciliation14.
Creating internal procedures needed to enhance the import and export trade operation to ensure the business being in compliance with the international customs regulations; align those procedures with Eaton standards.15.
Provides analytical support to implement processes and procedures for new international activity including acquisitions, initiatives and projects16.
Communicate policy, procedures and economic issues that affect the business.Assist in providing training, advice and guidance to other internal areas as necessary18.
Ensure the correct applicability of Governmental programs19.
Stay up-to-date with the Law and other customs regulations applicable to import and export trade operation20.
Assure that the business is in full compliance with Mexican and International Customs Law and Customs Regulations including:21.
Accurate open customs balance22.
Administrate and supervise the Annex 24 Software23.
Administrate ANNEX 30 (VAT Tax Credit Reports)24.
Implement new import/export rules published at any time by the authority25.
Have the temporary fixed asset inventory under control27.
Assure the proper procedures for the US Reconciliation28.
Accurate & timely processing of Machinery & equipment transitions29.
Accurate & timely processing of virtual import/exports operation30.
Ensure the proper recordkeeping based on the current customs regulations on import and export transactions and Free-Trade Agreements31.
Staff management including: Career development, Performance management (Talent Hub etc.) Organizational development32.
Able to identify compliance problems and respond with appropriate actions; identify people needed to resolve compliance problems and collaborate to develop corrective action plans.33.
Visitor Management ( Trade Compliance )**Qualifications**:**Education/Previous Experience Requirements**- Experience in trade management ensuring compliance in the areas of import/export regulations, corporate policies and best management practices.Demonstrated leadership, outstanding analytical and communication skills, team building, and internal/external customer focus in order to complete a multitude of interdisciplinary projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing special trade programs in an objective manner for achieving of significant savings in time for the operational processes and/or economic impact (either directly or indirectly).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
