Blue Yonder is seeking a Support Engineer 2 to join the White Glove Support team on the Supply Chain execution squad.
You will be a pioneer in rapid deployment and onboarding for our WMS (3PL and Retail Shipper) customers.
You will provide functional/technical support during upgrades, analyze incidents, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring transparent testing results.
Strong SQL, Java, and cloud skills are required, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
