**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- Serves client's patients over the phone with initial order of diabetes testing supplies and related products- Maintains high call volume- Provides excellent customer service**Job Required Qualification**:- High School diploma or GED (General Education Development) required.
- 1 - 2-year(s) work experience in a customer service call center - Healthcare account experience preferred- Sales background- Excellent Customer service skills- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred- English language advance, written and verbal (Typing accuracy written English) and language Spanish- High comfort level working with culturally diverse team members and clients, open to feedback and suggestions.work under pressure and must be keen into details.
- Proficient mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Some experience with medical insurance and/or durable medical equipment preferred- Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience.




- At least 1 year Healthcare account experience- With sales background- Can work under pressure and must be keen into details- Must be open to feedback and suggestions- Must have back up internet/ISP in case of outage- Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements.
