Descripción y detalle de las actividades**JOB DUTIES**:Supervises Document Control release and distribution to aplant level as part of the Quality System.Ensures all documents are controlled and identified perdocument control procedure.Ensures record retention is met and final disposition ofrecords.Coordinates with Support Groups Procedures Developmentand Procedures Maintenance.Prepares and coordinates internal audit system program.Coordinates activities for deployment and Sustaining ofthe Quality Management System.Coordinates activities for External Audit Certificationof the Plant when applicable.Coordinates activities for external audits.Supervises Doc.Control Quality Specialist.
**JOB PURPOSE**:The Quality System (QMS) Engineer has responsibility tocoordinate the deployment and sustaining of the QMS by developing, implement,and maintaining a quality assurance and control systems for the company.Administrates the document control system and ensures theproper release, distribution and record retention.Programs, publish and adhere to the internal auditschedule.Ensures the internal audits program is developed and executed ontime.Monitors effectiveness of Internal audits programs such asProcess,



compliance and reporting.Planning and Coordination of External Audits Certificationwhen applicable.Administrate Corrective action issuance and log.Change Management (documents, engineering changes, etc.).
Conducting quality checks to ensure that products andprocesses are consistent with QMSExperiência y requisitos**Experience and requirements**- Bachelor's degree preferred Industrial Engineering orequivalent.
- Visa- Experience working as QMS Document Control coordinator atleast 2+ years ISO **** Y AS****- Fully bilingual (English - Spanish)- Knowledge in execution of internal and external audits- Communication to all levels.
