cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process._- _ Drive and share the identified best practices according to the agreed timelines._- _ Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs._- _ Conduct Lean and Six Sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of a Lean Continuous Improvement culture throughout the organization by co-guiding and co-facilitating Lean deployment_- _ Perform assessment of CIMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps._- _ Diligently participate in the selection and executions of Lean and Six Sigma projects._- _ For assigned special _project/segment/customer_ priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean _Transformation.Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities._- _ Incentivize participation in the training of Flex Employees, Suppliers, and Customers._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS degree._- _ Experience in manufacturing and products industry required._- _ Lean and Six Sigma methodology experience._- _ Demonstrates expert functional, technical and/ or people management skills._- _ Able to build strong relationships to customer._- _ Must be able to lead and direct projects and business initiatives._- _ Ability to resolve complex objectives._- _ Strong continuous improvement knowledge._- _ Basic HR and Fnance knowledge._- _ Related materials and operations experience._- _ Corrective actions._- _ Advanced English_- _ Advanced excel._- _ Demonstrate ability to collaborate in partnerships._- _ Green belt certification._- _ (Black belt certification is a plus!)_What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.
