**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage business unit operations to achieve strategic targets.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with headquarters.
- Oversee compliance, quality, and operational excellence.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with U.S.based stakeholders and attend periodic meetings in the U.S.- Manage cross-border communication and ensure fluent English delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process innovation and implement performance KPIs.




- Represent the company in client and partner interactions when needed.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, financial services, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and financial performance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in English.
- Experience with financial products or fintech operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in cross-border or U.S corporate environments.
