As a practitioner on our telehealth platform, you'll have the opportunity toempower individuals on their mental health and personal growth journeys— providing meaningful, one‐on‐one support through60‐minute video sessionstailored to each client's unique goals and needs.

What You'll DoProvide 1‐on‐1 telehealth or occasional onsite mental health support for Intellect's clients.
Work with a wide range of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia,



eating disorders, and addiction.
Collaborate closely with Intellect's internal clinical team to continuously improve our programs and platform.
RequirementsMaster's degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence‐based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
Minimum of 300 clinical hours post‐master's degree.
Proficiency in English and your local language.
Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles is preferred.
Openness to occasional onsite work in Guadalajara if necessary.
