- Contract approval coordination, invoice collection, and closing documents preparation
- Preparation of journal vouchers for Head Office finance team
- Invoice processing and allocation in enterprise management systems (1 C, SAP, Oracle or similar)
- Review and verification of employee travel and expense reports
- Day-to-day communication with Head Office finance team and internal stakeholders (Management, HR, Legal, Accounting, Administration)
- Reporting to Finance ManagerQualifications
