Solugenix is seeking anIT Recruiterresponsible for full life cycle recruiting with a primary focus on identifying and hiring IT talent.
You will source, screen, and interview applicants for current and future job openings as well as coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
***Please submit your resume in English***5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on IT, technology, or technical roles.
~ Proven experience recruiting for a variety of IT positions, including software developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, cloud professionals, cybersecurity specialists, and infrastructure roles.
~ Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and industry terminology.
~ Experience sourcing candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
~ Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
~ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
