We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Costing Specialist to lead and support product costing processes within a general manufacturing organization.
Goal:
This position plays a critical role in standard cost management, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, and the integrity of financial data across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead standard cost calculation, validation, and release activities within ERP.
Execute and review product cost rollups for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
Analyze cost structure components, including materials, labor, overhead, and production-related expenses.
Drive cost variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial accuracy and operational performance.
Ensure the integrity of inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations.
Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders throughout costing cycles and planning activities.
Support profitability analysis and financial reporting processes.
Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end costing activities.




Support audits and compliance requirements related to costing and inventory processes.
Leverage SAP costing functionalities and reporting tools to improve transparency and decision making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
8 years of experience in product costing, inventory accounting, plant controlling, manufacturing finance, or cost management.
Strong experience with ERP Product Costing, Material Ledger, Inventory Valuation, and Manufacturing Finance processes.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and business analytics tools.
Experience working in multinational or complex manufacturing environments.
