Job overview
Schneider is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Mexico City to handle all payroll-related responsibilities.
The Payroll Analyst will research tax and law changes to ensure Schneider's processes remain compliant.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze payroll to ensure accuracy.
Make recommendations based on payroll findings.
Resolve payroll issues through troubleshooting, researching and communicating with the necessary parties in a timely manner.
Document resolutions in detail and escrow complex issues when needed.
Work on projects related to improving processes and upgrading systems.
Prepare and create journal entries.
Generate reports with compiled data for management to review and analyze.
Maintain an understanding of all tax changes.




Support internal and external audits by providing necessary information.
Skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance.
2-4 years of payroll experience.
Excellent financial analysis skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
