Partner with business leaders to align Human Resources strategies with organizational objectives.
Lead employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Drive organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, corporate policies, and HR best practices.
Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
Oversee recruitment activities in partnership with hiring managers and the HR team.
Support compensation, benefits, and performance review processes.




Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to implement global initiatives.
Lead and develop the local Human Resources team while fostering a high-performance environment.
Perfil buscado
A successful HR Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience within manufacturing environments.
Proven experience in HR leadership or Senior HR Business Partner roles.
Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management.
Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with corporate and integral stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in multinational manufacturing organizations is highly preferred.
