As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our market growth.
You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our market presence and revenue streams.Your responsibilities will include:• Develop business relationships with prospective partners, IBs, affiliates• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive analysis,



and opportunities for growth in the market• Using existing relationships with partners to generate new business• Representing the company during business trips to raise brand awareness and network with partners• Achieving and exceeding monthly targets and contributing to the overall performance goals of the companyRequirements:- Proven experience in business development within the FX industry is a must
- Native Spanish or Portuguese is a must
- Your own portfolio will be considered an advantage
- Banking, PSP experience will be considered as an advantage
- Strong business development and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Deep understanding of the financial market, knowledge of trading platforms and technical aspects of Forex and CFD trading is a plus
