**About the Role**- Participate in general ledger activities, including month-end and year-end close processes- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements- Analyze financial data and contribute to internal and external reporting- Collaborate with finance, tax, and legal teams to maintain accuracy and alignment- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness- Support audits and mentor junior staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture**About You**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required- 4-5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or similar roles- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish,
