- Analyze nonconformities, failed materials, or returns, proposing corrective actions.
- Evaluate statistical performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate in the management of nonconforming product and the definition of disposition.




- Support the evaluation of suppliers and materials from a quality perspective.
- Work collaboratively with internal engineering and manufacturing teams.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in roles related to Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of quality tools and data analysis.
- Intermediate English (reading technical documentation and basic communication).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in internal audits or root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
