What You'll Do
You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across the entireMember's Mark product portfolio, primarily food products.
You will support product innovation and maintenance initiatives by ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Walmart supplier requirements, helping safeguard the integrity and reputation of the brand.Key Responsibilities
Provide technical regulatory guidance during product development and reformulation projects, ensuring compliance from the early stages of the process.
Review and approve artwork, labels, specifications, and technical documentation, ensuring consistency between product formulas, packaging, and regulatory requirements.
Minimize regulatory, legal, and reputational risks related to product formulations, packaging, advertising, and commercialization.




Protect brand integrity by ensuring that product claims and communications comply with applicable regulations.
Support business growth by enabling innovation and facilitating market access while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Stay current with local and international regulations affecting food formulations, packaging, and labeling requirements.
Manage co-manufacturing agreements with suppliers, mitigating risks and safeguarding brand integrity.
Oversee compliance with supplier audits, includingGFSI (Integral Food Safety Initiative), FCCA (Factory Capability & Capacity Audit), Responsible Sourcing, and Supply Chain Security (SCS) requirements.Who We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experiencein Regulatory Affairs roles.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or other compliance-related functions.
Strong knowledge of food industry regulations and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills and sound technical judgment for regulatory decision-making.
Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to balance business needs with regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
