As the Regional Head of IT, you'll have full visibility and influence over how technology empowers learning and operations—working hand-in-hand with regional and school leadership.
You'll manage a team of ***** school-based IT professionals and lead the deployment of new platforms, policies, and projects that support growth and excellence across the region.Own and lead all regional IT operationsacross the schools
Act as thepoint of escalationand support for all school IT teams and performance issues
Drivetech consolidation,project delivery, andbudget alignmentacross schools
Partner with regional leaders (Jose and others)



to align business and IT goals
Lead major upcoming projects including:
Full rollout of new school management systems (e.g., IT policy creation and implementation
Manage stakeholder relationships across school heads, regional teams, and vendors8–10+ years in IT service or project leadership roles, ideally in multi-site or matrixed organizations
~ Experience inconsulting, tech implementation, orbig tech companies
~ Track record of leading high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders
~ Exposure to Microsoft tech stack and education platforms (Faria, ISAMS, Open Apply) beneficial but not required
~ Strong people leader with ability to coach, support and hold IT teams accountable
~ Bilingual: Fluent inEnglish and Spanish
~ Based in Monterrey, with flexibility for 3+ days in officeand occasional travel across the region and the U. Play a pivotal role inshaping the IT vision and futureof a company in high-growth mode
