Position Type:Part-time (20 hours per week)TheTalent Management Partnerplays a critical role in supporting Talent Management operations by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support across North America (NA) and select global initiatives.
Responsibilitie
Perform tasks within Company Academy related to training administration, training records, reporting, end-user support, and help requests.
Manage and respond to Company -Training inbox inquiries, including support for mandatory compliance training.
Maintain communication with the Company Master Data team for SAP updates impacting Company Academy.
Maintain and update Peak Performance application data and troubleshoot end-user issues with a deep understanding of the app's functionality and configuration, generate reports.
Support Talent Review processes,
including Power BI reporting for global HR partners.
Compile and analyze data from multiple systems for executive reporting.
Learn and adopt new systems and develop training resources for general HR partners.Qualifications
Knowledge of IT, HR, or Learning Systems preferred.
Communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong customer service orientation.
Willingness to take on new tasks, projects, and systems.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment without direct supervision
